I'm from Ireland, but I came to Charleston 25 years ago for a Summer, loved it, and stayed (legally!).

I was an engineer at the Bosch plant in North Charleston at first. I started buying investment properties as a side gig and was successful enough to quit my job.

Now I've been involved in real estate in Charleston for 20 years as an investor, landlord, renovating houses, Airbnb owner, and as a full time real estate agent.

I've lived in Mt Pleasant & Isle of Palms, but have been living in Downtown Charleston for 15 years now. If it's windy, you'll find me kitesurfing on Sullivan's Island.

I founded Charleston Irish, which is a group for the Irish citizens living in Charleston. We help Irish people moving to Charleston get settled and welcome them to the Irish community here. I'm very proud of founding that group.
