I’ll make this easy. If it's in your price range, Mt Pleasant should be the top area you look at. Schools are A+ rated, they’re more like college campuses than schools. Whatever your lifestyle is, Mt Pleasant has it.
You expect to see Jim Carrey in his Truman Show walking down the street. It's that idyllic on Daniel Island. Impeccably manicured and planned out, those who live on Daniel Island rave about it. They love that their kids cycle to school and through all the park.
Moving to Charleston Should you move to Charleston? Believe all the hype. Charleston is a fabulous place to live. Conde Nest doesn’t hand out Best City in the US ten years running for nothing. Charleston is very laidback, people are here to enjoy life, not the rat race. Charleston
My favorite flip yet. Set on a lake in Mt Pleasant, the views of the lake were blocked by a massive wall with a fireplace !! I don’t know what the original architect was thinking but it was crazy to have the nicest lake in Mt Pleasant and not be able to see it.

I already know who will buy your Park Circle house down the road. I’ve seen in happen in Wagener Terrace already and Park Circle is the younger sibling of those places. It will be the typical Charleston Preppy Couple, who love the idea of living somewhere cos it’s not their parents’ neighborhood.
